Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns under certain conditions.

You may request a return if:

  • The product was damaged upon delivery
  • The incorrect item was delivered
  • The product is expired or defective
  • The packaging arrived significantly damaged or opened

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must remain unused and in its original packaging
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened food products
  • Products that have been consumed or partially used
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage
  • Change-of-mind purchases on consumable goods

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds may be issued as:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund to your original payment method

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Delivery Issues

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
